What is Partache?
Partache is an events app. Event goers use it to find things to do, get tickets and see which friends are going. Hosts use it to publish events, sell tickets, run check-in at the door and get paid.
Is Partache free?
Yes, for event goers and hosts. There is no platform fee on tickets and no booking fee. On paid tickets, the only cost is Stripe's standard card processing fee, which comes out of the host's payment. Hosts can choose an optional Pro plan at £19 a month for extras such as branding, custom URLs and advanced analytics.
How do hosts get paid?
Hosts connect a Stripe account from their dashboard. Guests pay straight into that account in the event's currency (GBP, USD or EUR), Stripe deducts its processing fee, and pays out to the host's bank. Partache takes nothing.
Can I buy tickets for friends?
Yes. Buy as many tickets as you need in one order, without filling in anyone else's details. Each ticket has its own QR code, and you can send each friend theirs with a link or straight to their Partache account. Members-only events ask for each person's details.
What if I can't make it?
If the host allows it, you can give or sell your ticket to a friend on Partache, or return it to the resale queue and get a refund when someone else buys it.
How does check-in work?
Every ticket has its own QR code. Hosts and door staff scan it from their phone, and hosts can share a check-in link with a venue so staff don't need an account.
Can I control who comes to my event?
Yes. Events can require host approval, a password, a short form or a membership ID, and hosts can set ticket launch dates, limits and promo codes.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Partache works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
