Sell tickets without giving up a cut
Ticket tiers, QR check-in and payouts straight to your own Stripe account. Partache takes no platform fee, and your guests pay the price on your poster.
Everything you need to sell out
From a free community meet-up to a 1,000-capacity club night, the tools are the same.
Ticket tiers
Early bird, first release, VIP. Each tier has its own price, quantity, order limit and launch time.
Tickets for friends
Guests buy several tickets in one go, then send each one on with a link.
A faster door
Scan QR tickets from your phone, or give the venue a check-in link.

One ticket, one QR code
Every ticket in an order gets its own QR code. Guests keep the ones they need and pass the rest to friends, who claim them into their own account.
- Each QR code scans once, so screenshots can't be passed around
- Where you allow it, guests can pass a ticket on or return it to a resale queue
- Members-only events ask for each holder's details

Run the door from your phone
Open check-in, point your camera at a ticket and you'll know in a second whether it's valid, already used or for another night.
- Share a check-in link with door staff, no account needed
- A running count of who has arrived
- Attendance flows into your dashboard

Your money goes to you
Guests pay directly into your own Stripe account, in your event's currency. Partache never holds your ticket money, and Stripe pays out to your bank on your schedule.
- Stripe's card fee is the only deduction: 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards
- Price each event in pounds, dollars or euros
- Sales and revenue for every event in your dashboard
All included

Create discount codes one by one or upload a list, and switch them on or off whenever you like.
Free and paid tickets
Run free RSVPs and paid events from the same place. Free tickets cost nothing to issue.
Three currencies
Price each event in pounds, dollars or euros. Guests see and pay the currency you choose.

Start hosting freeHow to choose an event ticketing platform
Most ticketing platforms can put a ticket in someone's inbox. The differences that matter show up in your payout, on the door and in how your guests feel about buying. These are the questions worth asking before you pick one.
1. What is taken from each ticket, and who pays it?
Look for three separate costs: a platform or service fee (a percentage and often a fixed amount per ticket), a booking fee added to the guest's price, and card processing. Many platforms add their fee on top of your price by default, so the guest pays more than the price on your poster. On Partache there is no platform fee and no booking fee; the only cost is Stripe's processing fee, which comes out of your payment. Our free event ticketing page shows worked examples.
2. Who holds the money until the event?
Some platforms collect ticket money into their own account and pay you after the event. That affects your cash flow when you have a venue deposit or an artist fee to pay up front. With Partache, guests pay into your own Stripe account and Stripe pays out to your bank.
3. How does check-in work?
You want unique QR codes that can only be used once, scanning from a normal phone, and a way to let venue staff run the door without sharing your login. Partache does all three.
4. Can you control who gets a ticket?
For members' clubs, private parties and community events, you may need approval, a password, a form or a membership check before someone can buy. Look for these built in rather than bolted on.
5. Does the platform help people find you?
A ticketing tool that only sells to the people you send to it is half the job. Events on Partache appear in the public event discovery feed and calendar, guests can follow you to hear about your next event, and friends can see who else is going.

How do I sell tickets for my event on Partache?
Create a free host account, connect Stripe so you can take payments, then create your event and add one or more ticket tiers with a price and quantity. Publish it and share the link. Guests buy in a couple of taps and get a ticket with its own QR code.
How much does Partache charge to sell tickets?
Nothing. Partache has no platform fee and no booking fee for guests, on the Free plan and on Pro. On paid tickets the only cost is Stripe's card processing fee, which for standard UK cards is 1.5% + 20p per payment. Free tickets cost nothing at all.
When do I get paid?
Guests pay straight into your own connected Stripe account, not into a Partache account. Stripe then pays out to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule, so you are not waiting for Partache to release your money after the event.
Can I sell tickets in dollars or euros?
Yes. Each event can be priced in British pounds (GBP), US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR). You set a preferred currency for new events in your profile.
Can I release tickets in stages, like early bird and final release?
Yes. Add as many tiers as you need, each with its own price, quantity and launch date and time. Guests can join the waitlist before a release opens.
How do guests show their tickets at the door?
Every ticket has its own QR code in the guest's Partache account and in their confirmation email. You or your door staff scan it from a phone. You can also share a check-in link with venue staff so they can scan without a Partache account.
Can people buy tickets for their friends?
Yes. Guests can buy several tickets in one order without filling in anyone else's details. Each extra ticket has its own QR code, and the buyer can pass it to a friend with a link or straight to their Partache account. For members-only events, each ticket needs the holder's details.
Does my event go live straight away?
On the Free plan, Partache checks each new event before it goes live, usually within 24 hours. On Pro, events go live the moment you publish them.
